dedicated to the building of kit planes and restoration projects. Its
purpose is to be a repository of builders logs and aviation information.
Providing the builder/restorer a place to document their work performed,
expense records and personal accomplishments from start to finish. Each
builder has their own web site documenting their progress and experience,
with the ability to add content and links of their choosing. This site
allows the builder to share their information with other users who have
similar interests. The builder can choose to share or hide their construction
log.
Why VansKitBuilders.com?
This web site was created by a current
builder, private pilot and aviation enthusiast who did not want to spend
all his time building and maintaining web pages. There are a lot of great
web sites out their where builders have documented their progress. Realizing
that not everyone wants to create and maintain a web site when they would
rather spend the time building, researching and discussing with others it
was decided to create a system where others
could benefit from. Most builders create a web site for two main purposes,
1) to create a log of their work performed for record and 2) to share their
project with others. This site focuses on the entering of information around
the aircraft building process.
